You have my deepest, sincerest apologies for the NOOK system glitch that has meant you haven’t received your book yet.
Please know, we are doing everything we can to get this corrected. On our end, everything looks fine. The whole book AND the special price change are in the system. There is literally nothing we can do to fix this. This is up to Barnes and Noble to fix.
I have phone calls in to NOOK support, and I’ve also escalated this to the appropriate departments.

B&N Nook Help Desk has the correct version available. The steps involved to get the correct version require the use of their customer service. I am looking forward to reading Moonshadows this afternoon and tonight. Stuff happens . . .
