Nook Readers- Apparently we’re having some issues with the Nook download of Moonshadow. We’ve contacted Nook Support and will be working to fix this as soon as possible. If you’re having problems, please email me (info@theaharrison.com) and Nook Support. We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. 😢
Hi Thea,
Update on my Moonshadow preorder. I received 11 pages only and was charged $4.99 against my gift card not the reduced price of $2.99. I called Barnes and Noble about both problems. They said they would process the $2.00 credit today and I archived the 11 pages so I wouldn’t have to reorder. They also said it might be 1-2 weeks to get it fixed. Hope you can get it done sooner.
I love your books. Can’t wait to read Moonshadow.
Nancy Allen

Dear NOOK readers –
Once again, I apologize profusely for the database error in the NOOK system. I have now heard from their customer support, and the issue has been resolved. However, they don’t push updated versions of files onto NOOK e-readers, so you will have to get the file yourself.
This is what they sent to me, and what you need to do to get your book:
Unfortunately, NOOK does not ‘push’ file updates to customers who have already downloaded, but it is easy for a customer to get the updated file by following the instructions below — please feel free to send this to your readers:
Customers using devices and apps purchased or downloaded from 2010-2013 can receive the updated NOOK Book file at no additional charge by re-downloading your NOOK Book using the Archive/Un-Archive feature. On a NOOK device or app, this is done in the Library by pressing and holding your finger on the cover image until a menu pops up, and then selecting “Archive”. In the upper right corner press “My Stuff” > “Archived”, and then press and hold your finger again on the cover image and select “Unarchive.”
Customers using devices and apps purchased or downloaded from 2014-today can re-download your NOOK Book at no additional charge by using the “Move to Cloud” feature. On a NOOK device or app, this is done in the Library by pressing and holding your finger on the cover image until a menu pops up, and then selecting “Move to Cloud”. Then tap the cover to download it again.
I hope this resolves everything – and you enjoy the book when you get it.

Apparently Nook is only sending out the first 11 pages? I will of course notify Nook Support. Good to know I wasn’t the only one. But it’s rather like getting crumbs from the canapé plate when you thought you were sitting down to an eight course meal! Yes, I know. Be patient.
Hanging in,

Yes, I bought your new book this morning on my Nook, but only received the few pages in front and in back of the actual story 🙁
Do you think you can post to let us know when the issue is resolved? Will we need to re-purchase the book? I don’t mind as the price is low and I really like your stories. Thanks for your help!
